24th July - 28th July (Week 11)

After taking part in a physically and emotionally exhausting event, such as a sports day, it is essential for everyone to have some time to relax and recuperate from the experience. Because of that, the school applied for an event leave from the Ministry of Education, and the application was approved.  Everyone will be able to return to school on Tuesday feeling revitalized and prepared to go on with their studies and any other activities they have committed themselves to during this break. Study and learning sessions are going on, as usual, this week. On 26 August (Wednesday), extracurricular activities continue as usual. Uniformed and sports unit meetings were held this week. However, my friends and I were only given uniform units and association clubs. Therefore, after finishing the uniformed unit meeting, we were allowed to go home first. The Fire and Rescue Cadet meeting lasted from 1:10 pm until 2:00 pm. Our activity that day was wound and dressing. ...

The day started with a buzz of excitement as the students gathered on the sports field. Their eyes shone with anticipation. Alongside me, several other teachers from different departments were also participating in the event. The events were divided into two sections; field events and races. Field events were conducted on 17th July (Monday), and races were on 18th July (Tuesday). The field events included the long jump, shot put, and various fun relay games, while the races featured sprints and longer distance runs. Each event had different age categories, ensuring that every student had a chance to participate.  On 17th July (Monday), I was happy to be picked to be a judge for the discus throw. Lucky for me, I wasn't the only teacher with this duty. The area for throwing the discus with all their strength was fun. It was inspiring to see their hard work and how much better they got with each throw. Some students shocked us with their natural skills, while others had trouble ...

On 10th July (Monday), it was just an ordinary day as a teacher. However, in the evening, the school had sports house training. At 2 pm, all the students gathered at the assembly point. Each student has to sit in their own sports house. While they are at the assembly point, the teachers from each sports house will take attendance before they start moving to the field. After taking the students' attendance, they moved to each checkpoint. Hang Jebat will start from lontar peluru to lempar cakera , and afterwards to lompat tinggi and rejam lembing . It was super sunny and hot.  Due to the hot weather, I had a migraine, and I was advised by the doctor to take a medical leave on 11th July (Tuesday). According to the schedule set by Penolong Kanan Kokorikulum , Ms Kuah, the sukantara  would be conducted from 11th July (Tuesday) until 14th July (Friday), from 7:30 am until 10:10 am. Since I was not involved with the field works, I had to brainstorm my sports house costume for the spo...

It was a great yet hectic week for me and my friends. Let's start from the first day of the week. On Monday, 3rd July (Monday), we had a farewell ceremony for 4 senior teachers who had to transfer to another school. During the ceremony, Abyana and I have to be " dulang girl" . The ceremony went well, and we ended the ceremony with lunch for the teachers. The next day, we proceeded to the drama practice for the students. We started to do some probs and practice the students' intonations and expressions. The students must be ready because the competition will be next month. With all upcoming sports activities, the students have to show some improvement regarding their scenes. On 5th July (Wednesday), as usual, I will help Pn. Sulhaniza to take care of Kelab Kebudayaan 's students. We organized an activity on how to create a wau.  However, a few students didn't bring the materials to make a wau.  So, I suggested they draw a wau on mahjong paper provided by En. ...
